• Uploaded content: product images and model photos you upload for AI processing.
• Usage data: Generation history, credit consumption, and activity logs within your Organization or Workspace. Workspace administrators may have visibility into generations made by team members within that specific workspace.
• Payment information: top-up records and transaction verification (e.g., screenshots of bank transfers). We do not store your private bank credentials or PINs.
• Device information: browser type, IP address (used for security and rate limiting).

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

• Provide AI product image generation services.
• Process credit top-ups and consumption.
• Maintain the security of your account.
• Improve our service quality.
• Send important service notifications (such as payment confirmations).
• Organizations & Workspaces: If you register on behalf of a business or agency, that entity is bound by these Terms. Organization owners are strictly responsible for the conduct of all users added to their workspaces, including credit consumption and content compliance.

3. Data Storage and Security

• User data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted databases.
• All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
• Passwords are encrypted using one-way hashing — we cannot view your plaintext password.
• Row-Level Security (RLS) is enabled on the database. This ensures that data is only accessible to the authorized user or members of the specific Organization/Workspace to which the data belongs.

4. Handling of Uploaded Images & Data Retention

• Images you upload are used solely for AI generation and will not be used for model training.
• Generated images are stored under your account and can only be accessed and downloaded by you or authorized members of your workspace.
• Upon account deletion, we may retain non-identifiable, aggregated data. This data is stripped of all personal markers and is used solely to analyze platform performance and business growth (e.g., "Total images generated in 2026").
• You may request deletion of your personal image data at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookie Usage

This Platform uses only essential cookies (to maintain your login session). We do not use any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function properly and do not collect additional personal information.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• You may request the deletion of your account and personal data. Please note that while personal identifiers (email, name) and uploaded assets are removed, anonymized usage statistics (as described in Section 4) will be retained for business analytics.
• Export your generation history.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via platform notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
