Welcome to Qaptai ("the Platform"). This platform is owned and operated by Cosper Tech, a registered Sole Proprietorship in Pakistan. By using this Platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Qaptai is an AI-powered product image generation platform that provides the following core services:

• Product Studio: Upload a product image, and AI generates professional product ad images in different scenes and styles.

2. Account, Organizations & Workspaces

• You must provide a valid email address for registration.
• Organizations: Users may create or join Organizations. The individual who creates the Organization is deemed the "Owner" and has full administrative control over Workspaces and billing.
• Workspace Liability: Organization Owners are strictly responsible for the conduct of all members invited to their Workspaces. Any violation of these terms by a team member may result in the suspension of the entire Organization.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or within your managed Workspaces.
• Each individual or brand may register only one account for free trial purposes.

3. Credits and Billing

• Shared Credits: Credits are purchased at the Organization level and are shared across all Workspaces within that Organization.
• Official Payment Channels: Credits are obtained strictly through top-ups to the official Cosper Tech bank accounts listed on our official dashboard. Do not transfer money to any other account, WhatsApp number, or third-party agent. Cosper Tech will NOT be responsible for any financial loss incurred if payments are made to unauthorized accounts impersonating our platform.
• Validity: Purchased credits are valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase. Unused credits after this period will expire.
• Credits are non-transferable between different Organizations. Except for automatic technical credit returns (as defined in Section 6), credits are strictly non-refundable.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

• Images uploaded by any member of an Organization must be content the Organization has the legal right to use. You must not upload images that infringe on others' intellectual property, contain illegal content, or violate the laws of Pakistan.
• Public Figures: The Organization is strictly prohibited from uploading images of celebrities, renowned persons, or public figures. Qaptai does not verify the rights to uploaded model images; by uploading, the Organization represents that it has obtained all necessary permissions.
• Brand Trademarks: Organizations are strictly advised to only upload images of products they own or have the legal right to market. Qaptai is an independent service and is not affiliated with any brands featured in user-uploaded content. Cosper Tech and its representatives are not responsible for any trademark infringement or commercial disputes arising from an Organization's unauthorized use of brand logos or proprietary designs.
• AI-generated images produced within an Organization’s workspace may be freely used for commercial purposes (such as e-commerce product listings and social media ads) by that Organization.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using this Platform, you must not:

• Generate pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or abuse the Platform's API or proprietary AI workflows.
• Use automated tools to make bulk requests beyond normal usage.
• Resell or redistribute the Platform's services without prior written consent from Cosper Tech.

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain stable service operation but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• AI generation results may vary due to model version upgrades or algorithm adjustments.
• We are not liable for service unavailability caused by third-party service outages or force majeure.
• If AI generation fails and credits have been deducted, the system will attempt to automatically refund the credits to your organization's account.

AI image generation technology is rapidly evolving. Results may vary depending on product type, image quality, and scene complexity. We continuously optimize our models to deliver a better experience.

7. Disclaimer & User Liability

• AI-generated images are for commercial display purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of a physical product's actual appearance.
• Virtual try-on results are simulations — actual wearing results may differ.
• Beta Features: Features marked as "Beta" are in the testing phase. These may produce inconsistent results. Credits consumed by Beta features are non-refundable regardless of output quality.
• User & Organization Responsibility: The individual user and their associated Organization (including the Owner) assume full and joint responsibility for all images generated, stored, or published through their Workspaces. Cosper Tech is not liable for any legal matters, commercial disputes, or copyright claims arising from content generated by any member of an Organization. It is the Organization Owner's duty to monitor and regulate the usage of their team members.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qaptai and Cosper Tech from any legal expenses or damages resulting from your violation of third-party rights or any unauthorized use of generated assets.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
